What this does and does not do. It fixes the structural problems in a list — duplicates, malformed and role-based addresses, free-mail addresses, inconsistent domains, unusable titles — and scores what remains against your ICP. It does not verify whether a mailbox exists; that needs a verification API and costs about $0.003–0.008 per address. Sending to an unverified list is the single most common cause of domain reputation damage.
